St Louis Park Hockey

Welcome to the Player Registration 2023-2024 with St. Louis Park Hockey.

This registration session will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.

For those skaters who do not reside in St. Louis Park but do attend a school within the city boundaries (whether private such as Benilde, or a St. Louis Park public school), please contact Brooke McCoy at bmccoyslphockey@gmail.com for more information on how to register.  Depending upon your situation, you may need to obtain a waiver to play in the St. Louis Park Hockey Association.

If you do not reside in St. Louis Park nor attend a school within the school district, please refer to the Participation Rule at minnesotahockey.org. You must play within your home association or your school association. 

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to sign-up for the 2023-24 Season.  Each player must obtain a new USA hockey number each season.

• Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). YOU MUST USE YOUR SKATER'S LEGAL NAME AS LISTED ON HIS/HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE. NO NICKNAMES.  YOU MUST HAVE A ST. LOUIS PARK HOME ADDRESS OR ATTEND SCHOOL WITHIN THE ST. LOUIS PARK BOUNDARIES IN ORDER TO PLAY WITH SLPHA.  Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own, unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Financial assistance is available on a need basis. Those seeking assistance will be required to complete an application. All assistance is determined at the discretion of SLPHA and all information is kept confidential. Applicants may apply for:

i.) full or partial assistance through our Scholarship Program. Please refer to the Scholarship Application Link on the Registration page.  

ii.) an altenative payment plan if, for example, are unable to provide a debit card/credit card/checking account number. Please contact Beth Rich, Treasurer at 612 201 6345.
